Information we handle

We handle information you provide when making an enquiry, including your name or company, contact details, project requirements and any files you subsequently share. Our hosting and security services may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser and access times.

Enquiries through WhatsApp

The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message and does not save an enquiry submission in our website database. Selecting “Continue on WhatsApp” passes the entered details to WhatsApp to prepare your draft. We receive your message when you send it. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply.

Providing enquiry information is voluntary. The form requires a name or company and project description; without sufficient information and a way to contact you, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quotation. Please provide only relevant information and ensure you have permission to share another person’s details or materials.

How we use and share information

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about requested work, maintain relevant records, protect our systems and meet legal obligations.

Access is limited to authorised personnel and, where necessary, providers supporting hosting, IT, communications and the work you request. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where legally necessary. We do not sell personal data or add enquiry contacts to promotional mailing lists without a separate opt-in.

Some communications and service providers may process information outside Malaysia. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we will meet the applicable Malaysian data-protection requirements.
